Beware of this business and avoid them at all costs! Owen is a thief and the most dishonest person around. He charged my father, a senior citizen, full cost of a CPAP machine and then turned around and claimed 75% of the cost with ADP. Instead of charging my father the 25%, my father paid the full cost of the machine as Owen never advised my father of the ADP coverage! This business has been reported to ADP and I’m certain between the authorities and karma, the owner will pay for his deceit and manipulation!! It’s only a matter of time before your dishonesty catches up to you...disgusting people! ***THIS IS IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER’S COMMENTS BELOW*** Your response is just another blatant lie! And, by your client relations officer, you mean your wife who partakes in your schemes? The fact is, you paid my father a visit at his home to collect FULL COST of the machine...he paid you in cash if you happen to forget! What professional service even does that?? Who has heard of a store owner paying his customer a visit in his home to collect cash? Had I known of this then, I would have reported you to the police. And then you turned around and submitted 75% of the cost to ADP! You double-dipped and received almost double between my father and ADP. Do not teach me about provincial reimbursements as I’m very familiar. I’m just very sorry that my naive and elderly father fell prey to your fraud. He should only have been charged 25% of the cost, but instead you charged him 100% of the cost and received another 75% from ADP. Shame on you! He is extremely happy with his new CPAP provider who actually brought this to our attention when he needed a replacement. You preyed on my elderly father 5 years ago and took money from someone who lives on a fixed income. You know what they say about karma. Good luck!
